The present study has been done to establish a link between Consciousness Quotient levels of individuals with their performance in organizations. This is just a base study which research on finding the literature available on experiences of individuals and real meaning of consciousness and to highlight the implications that CQ has on employee’s work. The questionnaire technique and stratified random sampling are the methods used. There is an immediate need to employ teachings of meditation and yoga to improve employees’ concentration levels and so that they feel more connected with their work.
